Update: 10/04/10

Hmm, nothing much this week. This week's my second week of BPT. Just the thought of all the tests scares me. The law lessons so far are still very much manageable... Had a flu+fever during the weekend though. Kinda worried about the PDT tests. I only attended 1 handcuffing lesson as I was on MC back then...

Feeling especially down today for some reason. Booking in to camp in around 2 hours... Celebrated Mother's Day yesterday... I'm still at home, and the thought of returning to camp already makes me homesick. Can't wait for BPT to be over. I miss the time when I could actually go home to sleep comfortably every night.

Reluctant as I am, I must admit that NS does indeed teach one many things. Funnily though, all the lessons I've learnt so far are those not intentionally taught. Instead, they're the life principles that I've realized and thought about while in camp. All the reminiscing has made me realize truly how important home and family is. How important everything you have is. Not that I've been the type to take things for granted, but NS has made me treasure those around me even more than before. NS changes people; it's up to you whether you want to change for the better or for the worse.
